3. We may despatch your order in a number of instalments and each dispatch is a separate contract and is not connected to any other dispatch.

8. The products that AdultsFancyDress.co.uk provides are essentially items of Fancy Dress and should not be construed as items of general clothing. Fancy Dress items are not suitable for everyday wear and are intended for occassional use at parties and events.
8a.Please note that imported products may sometimes contain labels and inlay cards which may show sizing information not intended for the United Kingdom market place (e.g. some printed sizes may be intended for US customers). All sizing information displayed on this website is relevent to UK stanards and practice.
9. All the products on the website are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that all items shown on the website are in stock and are available and ready for dispatch. Display of an item on the website is not an indication that the item is in stock.
10. If you have selected an item that is not in stock we will try to contact you as quickly as we can. We will try to do this within 24 hours (except on weekends and bank/public holidays when we normally do not work). Please note that at busy times of the year including prior to Halloween and Christmas we cannot guarantee to contact you within this time.

11a. Order Cancellations, once and order has been Accepted into our system and prior to the despatch of goods orders which are cancelled will be subject to a cancellation charge of £5.00. This is to cover internal costs associated with the cancellation and the refund of credit card monies.
12. The time for delivery of your order varies according to your chosen method of shipment. AdultsFancyDress.co.uk have no control over the goods once they are shipped and cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the time specified by your chosen method of shipment.
13. We will not refund any charges relating to packing and shipping if you fail to take delivery of the goods at the address given by you on your order.

Every effort is made to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible: different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways and so exact colour matches are not possible over the Internet. Because of the type of products we offer, there can be minor variations in colour and style from the descriptions and pictures on the website: AdultsFancyDress.co.uk will always dispatch goods of comparable or superior quality.
15. You may return any item to us if it has not been used or worn and the tamper seals remain in place where tamper seals are provided and you:
(i). You may return goods to us within seven (7) days, providing the are unused and in new condition. Return goods with the orginal packing and make sure that tamper seals remain in place.
(ii). Follow all the return instructions exactly as detailed in our Returns Policy.
(iii). Accept that we are not responsible if the goods do not reach us for any reason.
(iv). Whilest refunds will normally be issued when goods are returned in good condition. Costs involved in making a return will not normally be met by the company and in such matters the Company's decision will be final.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
16. This Contract is deemed to have been made in England and is governed by English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts as regards any claim, dispute or matter arising out of or relating to this Contract.
A minimum order of £10.00 will apply. If the goods ordered total to a value of less than £10.00. The order value must be increased to £10.00, prior to checkout.
Any information that you supply to AdultsFancyDress.co.uk will be treated by us as confidential. Our site is secure and AdultsFancyDress.co.uk NEVER supplies lists of addresses or any other information to a third party (other than clearing payments with credit card companies etc.)

returning. Ensure that your return goods are suitably packaged and clearly addressed to the return address detailed in your returns email. Please notify our returns department by email when you despatch your return. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your return. Refunds will only be made in accordance with our refund policy and any exchanged item deliveries will only be made to the original order delivery address. Where returned goods are damaged, soiled or otherwise not in a condtion preventing their resale no refund will be issued.

We are not a manufacturer, so the whole product and packaging must be returned as the same condition as you would have received it and how you may expect to receive it. If the product or packaging is in any way missing or damaged, we cannot refund.
